Who are Rachel Fox Business Services?
Rachel Fox Business Services is a company that provides professional office support to businesses and individuals on a virtual basis.  We are known as Virtual Assistants (VA's).

How will work pass between Rachel Fox Business Services and the client?
Work is either e-mailed, posted, faxed or couriered.  We also offer a free weekly delivery and collection service within a 15 mile radius of our office.

How is work presented to the client?
Once Rachel Fox Business Services is contacted to provide a service, we will discuss the presentation style with the client to determine whether there are any corporate styles/templates you would like us to adhere to.  We pride ourselves on producing work exactly to the clients specification.

What if the service I am after is not listed on your website?
If a service you require is not listed on our website, please contact us to discuss your requirements and if we are unable to help you, we will try and recommend a company that can.

What are Rachel Fox Business Services opening hours?
Our opening times are Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 5.00pm and Friday 09.00am to 12.00pm.  We do also operate flexible working hours, so please get in touch if you would like work to be undertaken outside of these hours.

How quickly is work turned around?
Basic secretarial work is endeavoured to be turned around within 24-48 hours.  Sameday work will incur additional charges, as per our terms and conditions.  Larger projects will be completed in a time scale agreed with the client.

Do your prices include VAT?
Rachel Fox Business Services does not charge VAT.
